About Dr. Tovar
Supatra Tovar (LIC #PSY31949) is one of the few licensed clinical psychologists in the world who is also a registered dietitian and fitness expert. Using nutritional psychology, Dr. Tovar has helped numerous clients overcome eating disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety by teaching practical techniques that work for both our bodies and minds.
Her clients’ successes led her to start ANEW, Advanced Nutrition and Emotional Wellness, has created the groundbreaking book (publish date September 2024) and online course Deprogram Diet Culture: Rethink your Relationship to Food, Heal Your Mind, and Live a Diet-free Life.

About Dr. Arianne Tang
Dr. Arianne Tang (PSB 94026534) is a professional psychologist who developed a passion for the field during her middle school years. As a child, she saw how important addressing mental health was to the overall well-being of her loved ones and started working towards her dream of becoming a therapist. Since then, she dedicated her life to becoming a clinical psychologist, and uses a holistic and integrative framework with an emphasis on cultural sensitivity and competency in her approach.
Dr. Tang has always taken a special interest in working with marginalized communities. As an undergraduate student, she interned at Gompers Charter Middle School and as a lab assistant for a cognitive development facility researching language development in infants and toddlers. As a graduate student, she completed her practicums at the Early Head Start program at Through the Looking Glass, Bay Area Community Resources, Psychological Services Center, and Davis Street Family Resource Center. Dr. Tang completed her APA accredited internship at Child and Family Guidance Center in Los Angeles. Over the years, Dr. Tang has treated a wide range of disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, sexual and gender identity, and grief and loss with diverse populations of all ages. She specializes in working with adolescent and young adult populations who struggle with managing their stress, anxiety, and depression during life transitions and difficult economic and social times.
After graduating Cum Laude from UC San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Dr. Tang received her master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from the Teacher’s College at Columbia University. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2020 from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco. She currently works as a psychological associate under the supervision of Dr. Supatra Tovar.
About Dr. Beverly Ibeh, PsyD
Dr. Beverly Ibeh, PsyD (PSY #35532) is a licensed clinical psychologist that always knew she would end up in a helping profession from a very young age. In her own Nigerian family, she was known as a peace-maker and the voice of reason when conflict would arise. Mental health was often a taboo in her culture and it made her interested in why. She has since committed to a life of guiding and encouraging others on how to improve their quality of life and heal from painful experiences through their own cultural lens. In her training to become a clinical psychologist, she focused on a mindfulness, evidence-based, and strengths-based approach that is integrative and holistic. It is important that her interactions with clients are rooted in cultural-sensitivity and empathic interventions.
Dr. Ibeh is passionate about her work with diverse and marginalized individuals. As a graduate student at William James College, she completed her clinical practicum with undergraduate and graduate students at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, The Lighthouse School for at-risk youth, and Beacon Assessment Center for early detection of autism and neurodevelopmental concerns. Dr. Ibeh completed her APA accredited internship at The Help Group in Sherman Oaks, which specializes in the treatment of autism and trauma. Dr. Ibeh has committed to offering treatment to individuals that present with neurodiversity (e.g., ADHD, Autism), trauma, grief/loss, family systems and couples, stress management, women’s unique issues (e.g., post-partum, sexism), anxiety and mood disorders, body image and self-esteem, exploring self identities, navigating life transitions, and eating disorders.
Dr. Ibeh graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in African American Studies. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Couples and Family Therapy from William James College. After completion of her Master’s, she went on to receive a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from William James College in Massachusetts.
About Dr. Nazanin Jourabloo, PsyD
Dr. Nazanin Jourabloo, PsyD (PSB 94027355) is a psychological associate with a deep passion for understanding human behavior and fostering meaningful connections. Her academic and professional journey reflects her dedication to helping individuals and couples overcome challenges, build resilience, and cultivate authentic relationships.
Dr. Jourabloo earned her Master of Arts in Educational Psychology at McGill University, where her thesis examined the unique challenges and stressors experienced by department chairs in academic institutions. During her time at McGill, she also studied human relations and family life education, which enriched her understanding of interpersonal and family dynamics. At New York University, she pursued a Master of Arts in International Education where she studied abroad in Cuba and India to research how higher education and cultural values can empower women and foster societal progress.
She earned her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology at California Southern University, graduating summa cum laude. Her dissertation explored the complex interplay of psychological, behavioral, and environmental factors that contribute to binge eating disorder (BED), as well as evidence-based strategies for effective intervention and long-term recovery.
Dr. Jourabloo specializes in working with individuals and couples to address relational challenges, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and acculturative stress. Her holistic and integrative approach combines cultural sensitivity with evidence-based practices, empowering clients to explore how their histories shape their lives and relationships. She offers therapy in both English and Farsi, ensuring accessibility to a diverse client base.
Dr. Jourabloo is currently a psychological associate under the supervision of Dr. Supatra Tovar. She is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where clients can explore personal growth, enhance emotional connections, and achieve greater fulfillment in their relationships.
