Dr. Supatra Tovar 

Supatra Tovar (LIC #PSY31949) is the only licensed clinical psychologist who is also a nationally registered dietitian and certified fitness expert. Based in Pasadena, Dr. Tovar offers integrative mental health care that blends evidence-based therapy, somatic healing, and mindfulness. Her unique approach supports clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, eating disorders, and autism. She is licensed to provide therapy in California, Colorado, Illinois, and New York. She is also an award-winning, best-selling author and the host of the ANEW Insight podcast exploring nutrition, fitness, and emotional health.

Dr. Arianne Tang (PSB 94026534) is a psychological associate specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction,
life transitions, and identity development. Based in Pasadena, she offers culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for teens, college students, and young adults. Dr. Tang blends cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to support personal growth and emotional resilience during stressful challenges. She is supervised by Dr. Supatra Tovar, PsyD, RD, and provides therapy to clients across California via telehealth.
